CRAFT CERTIFICATE IN CLERICAL OPERATIONS
This is a modular course designed to equip the trainee with knowledge, skills and attitude to enable him/her to perform clerical duties in an organization.
The graduates of this course will be able to perform various duties in a modern office and also offer ancillary services to the organization and external clients.
Duration: 2 years
Mode of Study: Modular (2 modules)
Entry Requirements: Mean grade D plain and above in KCSE examination
Examining Body: Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC)
Intake: January, May and September
COURSE WORK
Course work marks for a candidate will be submitted to KN EC. Student s are therefore, advised to take their internal examinations as equally important as the KNEC examinations.
PROJECT WORK
Trainees will undertake a Trade Project under the direction of a Trade Project Tutor. The grades obtained by the candidates in Trade Project will form part of the Course Work Marks.
INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT
The candidate will be expected to proceed for industrial attachment as a requirement by KNEC for successful completion of the course.
